Bodnant Guest House is a beautiful, 4 star, family-run, non-smoking guest house. An original Victorian building boasting many original features situated on the level in a wide, peaceful, tree-lined road within a two minute walk of beach. Promenade and pier, shops and restaurants, train station, theatre and conference centre and all amenities are within exceptionally easy reach. We have a minimum stay of 2 nights from 26th May to 20th September and 3 night minimum stay on all bank holiday weekends. FREE WIFI IN ALL ROOMS

Transformed from its late Victorian origins, Ellingham House, an elegant Victorian villa, was built in 1897 and has had a tip to toe refurbishment and now offers luxury bed and breakfast boutique style accommodation with the best in modern comforts and a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Large spacious bedrooms are richly furnished with modern elegance and style whilst the house retains many of its original features, including our breakfast room which is warmly furnished with antiques. The A55 North Wales expressway is only a 3 minute drive from Ellingham House. The local area offers many places of interest with historic walled town of Conwy, Bodnant Garden, and the Snowdonia National Park a short drive away. Whatever your reason for staying, whether it be for business or pleasure, you will be well looked after at Ellingham House.

Set in the foothills of the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales, Sychnant Pass House is more than just an award winning four star Country House. Lovely sitting rooms with comfy sofas and beautiful pictures delight the eye; wonderful food served in the candlelit restaurant nourishes the body and a warm welcome embraces the spirit. We make every effort to have our rooms the way we would like them if we came to visit. As well as our standard and superior rooms we have six suites with lovely sitting rooms, some with four poster beds and balconies and hot tubs. Our ground floor rooms have French Windows opening onto individual terraces for those warm summer evenings.... we do get them.... honest! Dogs and humans alike love the terraces and access to the garden. We have a restaurant which is open to non residents and residents alike where we cater for all tastes. Our Swimming pool has a salt water treatment system avoiding the odour and unpleasant effects of chlorine. Under floor heating, luxurious changing rooms, robes and fluffy all add to a sense of wellbeing. There is also a gym with all the modern cardiovascular equipment and weights. There are terraces with a hot tub and log fire pits where lunches and snacks are served, a sauna and tanning room. The house stands in three acres of lawns, trees and wild garden with ponds and a little stream running through it. It borders the Pensychnant Nature Reserve and enjoys panoramic views in a peaceful setting. Our four legged friends will be delighted to share their garden with your pets!
