Conwy Weather in Winter

Grab our hat, scarf and gloves!
Although a quieter time there are still several things still to enjoy especially the open fires in the local pubs whilst sampling a local brew. Winters can become a little chilly with snow occasionally. Due the micro-climate and slightly warmer temperatures within Conwy Town Walls, any snow we do get doesn’t tend to last long. During Christmas of 2011 we did experience 1 foot of snow for 2 weeks whilst the temperature dipped to minus 18oC but this was an extreme. It is unusual for the Conwy Weather to drop below freezing.
Bringing warm clothing and always a waterproof jacket is a must.

Conwy Weather in Autumn

After the madness of the summer and the usually disappointing weather the Conwy Weather  in Autumn can be most enjoyable.
The temperatures may start to cool to around the high-teens in the day and low-teens in the evening, a nice warm jumper or jacket is usually more than adequate. It always best to have a waterproof just in case. All the attractions can be enjoyed up to the end of October, with the fantastic Conwy Food Festival at the end of the month not to be missed.

Conwy Weather in Summer

During 2013 we experienced one of the best summers for many a year, the temperature in the mid to high twentys oC and very little rain. Previous years had usually disappointed with more rain. If the rain does come this not deter from exploring and enjoying Conwy with everything being within a short walk. We provide umbrellas should the rain arrive.
Always best to have a jumper or jacket but shorts & t-shirts should be suitable for this time of the year.

Conwy Weather in Spring

Fairly wet during 2013 but usually the Conwy Weather can have some of the most pleasant weather during May & June. After the colder February & March during April things start to improve. The jumpers get packed away and out comes the t-shirts. A beautiful time of the year as all the spring flowers start to bloom bringing an array of colours.
